HealthLynked is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to work at our office in Naples, FL. In this role, you will take inbound calls and make outbound calls to help patients complete their HealthLynked member profile and be a conduit for the patient/provider relationship utilizing our integrated call center.
You will also act as a lead and supervise other customer service reps.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a telephone sales or customer service role and a basic understanding of medical terminology. Previous experience working with VOIP systems like Ring Central and any manager or supervisory experience would be a plus.

Hours are 830AM-5PM Monday-Friday. No overtime, nights or weekends are required.
